The three sprints
Sprint 01 · Weeks 1–3
Scoping Sprint
Problem definition, stakeholder map, evidence review and a small
set of testable hypotheses. You leave with a scoped brief, success
metrics and a clear go / no-go gate for build.
Delivers: decision memo, research synthesis,
sprint plan for prototype.
Next: Prototype Sprint — or a conscious pause if
the case is not yet there.
Sprint 02 · Weeks 4–8
Prototype Sprint
Experiments, service or venture prototypes, and structured
learning cycles with real users or operational data — depending on
risk and regulation.
Delivers: prototype suite, learning log,
recommendation on scale path.
Next: Execution Sprint — or a narrowed pilot with
explicit kill criteria.
Sprint 03 · Weeks 9–12
Execution Sprint
Operating cadence, adoption metrics, partner alignment and the
minimum governance needed so the organisation can run without the
studio on every call.
Delivers: playbooks, dashboards where
appropriate, handover workshops.
Next: Optional light retainers or capability
transfer — scoped separately.
